Joe Garcia President/CEO
Joe has over 40 years’ experience in the building industry, originally starting with Window Classics back in 1988 before taking over as President and CEO of the company a few years later and expanding Window Classics into what we are today. A graduate of Miami-Dade Community College with a degree in Business and Architecture; he has extensive sales and industry knowledge while also being a state Certified Glass and Glazing Contractor.
John Jovanovich Vice-President of Sales
John has been in the industry for over 30 years, and has excelled in the areas of sales and training. As a partner in Window Classics, John has been with the company for close to 20 years and is instrumental in developing and training the Window Classics’ sales staff to meet the needs and demands of the industry’s code-driven marketplace. John is a graduate of Augustana College (Ill) with a BA degree in Business Administration.
Geoff Monsalvatge Controller
Geoff is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a MBA in finance. He maintains an active Florida CPA license, and is a member of the FICPA with over 35 years of experience in construction related industries that last 5 of which have been at Window Classics.
Leslie Buggert Office Manager
Leslie is one of Window Classics longest tenured employees having started with Window Classics back in 1984. She’s one of the most decorated Window Classics members having held positions of Accounting Clerk, Outside Sales Representative, Purchasing Agent and now Office Manager where she oversees all the purchasing aspects for the company. She is a graduate of both Broward Community College and Florida State University.
Joseph Garcia Director of Operations
Joseph is a graduate of Florida International University with a BS in Construction Management and an AA in Business Administration. Having been a member of the Window Classics team for close to a decade now, Joseph has served as a Service Technician, Installation Administration, Service Manager, and now Director of Operations overseeing all our post-sales aspects of the company.
